I'm a junior now, but I'm really looking at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL & majoring in Theater Education. I'm out of state (Maryland), would that have any effect? I have a back yard of St. Augustine that's dying out. I think it's happening because the soil is too compacted. My roots are actually on the surface of the soil. I have some fairly large areas where there is nothing but dirt...all the grass is gone. I have 2 dogs that go out to the yard and roll... Read More »

We are thinking of moving there. I know it's nice to vacation, but how is it to live there? Schools, jobs, quality of life, etc. THANKS! I don't really expect it to be like central Florida.
